By commissioning me you confirm you've read and agreed with the following TERMS OF SERVICE.

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ COPYRIGHT & USE OF ARTWORK

I retain the copyright to each image I create.

No commercial use is permitted unless agreed upon.

I retain the right to share the artwork on social media, portfolios, and commission sheets. Please state in advance if you'd like to keep the commission private. If, at any point, you change your mind about your piece being shown, you may contact me and I will refrain from using it further.

You may post the artwork on your socials or use it for non-profit reasons (for example as a profile picture), as long as proper credit is given. A simple commission by Wiabelle will suffice. Any links to my socials and commission sheet will be appreciated, but aren't necessary!

All artwork will be signed.

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ COMMERCIAL USE & PERSONAL MERCH

Please clearly state if you'd like to commission artwork for commercial use. It will require the purchase of a license and for you to sign a contract.

Personal merchandise is allowed if agreed upon.
By definition, that means any physical product you may make with my commissioned artwork will be for personal use with no resulting monetary gain. An example of this is at-home prints and stickers.

However, please keep in mind there are some exceptions.
For example, products such as keychains, which require working with a manufacturer and providing specific files, will ALWAYS require an extra fee and my involvement in the process.

As always, this will be discussed and agreed upon before payment.

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ PAYMENT & WORK PROCESS

Payment upfront via Paypal.
A payment plan is available for work over 100€ (half upfront and half at completion, unless otherwise agreed).

No work will begin until the first or full payment.

No refunds after the artwork is fully completed or approved.

The estimated time of completion is 1 month.
If you need your piece by a certain date, it must be agreed upon before payment. More on this in the EXTRA FEES section.

You will be asked to approve a rough sketch, the lineart, and the finished piece. Revisions are allowed at these stages. More on this in the EXTRA FEES section.

If on a payment plan, each WIP will be watermarked and have a lower resolution. I will provide the un-watermarked, high-resolution file only after the second half of the payment.

Delivery will happen via a private Google Drive link or email

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ EXTRA FEES: QUICK DELIVERY, REVISIONS

If you need your piece by a certain date, you must communicate it in advance. Reasonable requests will not result in a quick delivery fee.
For example: "Please have the commission done within the estimated delivery time of 1 month, as it's meant to be a birthday gift".

Extra fees for quick delivery will be agreed upon before payment. I will not ask for one posthumously.

The amount of free revisions is: 2 for the rough sketch, 1 for the lineart, and 1 for the finished piece.

Any further revisions will require a revision fee, which will be calculated based on how big the changes will be.

Revisions required to correct a mistake I made will be free.

Please read the TERMS OF SERVICE fully and don't consider this section as a substitute, but rather as a quick overview of some guidelines when commissioning me.

I do and I'm open to being hired for a continued collaboration.

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ Are the prices negotiable?

I'm always willing to discuss what I can realistically deliver within a specific budget, especially if you're looking to hire me for a more complex piece.

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ What about multiple slots?

You can commission multiple slots.

Depending on the nature of the commissions, I'm willing to discuss a little discount.

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ How long will a commission take?

I try to complete my commissions within 1 month.

If you need it by a specific date, let me know beforehand!

⠂ ⠂⠄⠄⠂☆ What can I use your art for?

Commercial use: no, unless you bought a commercial license. Please see the TOS section to learn more about this.

Personal use (icons/banners/etc...): yes, as long as you give credit!

Personal merchandise (keychains/stickers/prints): yes, within certain boundaries! Please see the TOS section.
